Here it is #tigtuesday again. Hope everyone is having a great week. Here is a short clip of a titanium .040” joint welded in the fixture @abom79 made. The edges of a Titanium puddle can be really sticky and adding filler to the edges of the puddle often causes the rod to stick like bubble gum. I try to add the filler to the hotter part of the puddle and also choke up on the filler a bit for more control. welding with chill bars in a fixture lets the #jazzy10 cup keep it silver but without a fixt
