Traffic is backed up more than 7 miles along I-35 this morning! I-35 southbound is reduced to two lanes from Highway 97 to the Forest Lake Split. The roadway is down to one lane on I-35E southbound just south of the split. This configuration will continue through the fall as part of a paving and bridge replacement project.
