We have amazing news❣️ Baxter-TX is progressing very well following FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery! His wonderful foster family has spent many hours helping him rehab and taking him to vet appointments and we are so excited they have decided to make him part of their family. He has 2 doggy friends and is having such a great time with them.
