MORE OCEAN OUTFALL PROGRESS 🌊 Myrtle Beach's ocean outfall project at 24th Avenue North continues to move along smoothly. Contractors were out yesterday installing what's known as Junction Box #1. This massive box ties the drainage pipes coming from Ocean Bouelvard into the drain line that will head out to the ocean outfall pipes. Drainage improvements are underway in the Deer Creek Subdivision. Three outfall pipes are being replaced with 23 foot long corrugated metal pipes designed for durability and enhanced water management.
