Kacha Mango Pickel | Aam Ka Achar - Raw Mango 2 - Peel The Skin - Grate Them Well - Jaggery 200 gm - Sugar 100 gm - Mix Them Well - Cook Until Jaggery & Sugar Dissolve - Black Salt, Turmeric, Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp Each - Preparation Of Pickle Masala - Fenugreek - 1 Tbsp - Fennel Seeds - 1 Tbsp - Mustard Seeds - 1 Tbsp - Dry Red Chilli - 2 - Dry Roast Them & Make Fine Powder Of It - Add 1 Tsp Achaar Masala - Cook For Another 4-5 Minutes or Until Achaar Becomes Dry - Cool them down at room Tempe
