“Freedom is not free.” We've all heard it, but rarely consider who pays the price. Few Americans swear an oath to defend our country, and of those, a small fraction lose their lives. Each Memorial Day, we honor these fallen heroes, acknowledging the freedoms their sacrifices afforded us. To truly "never forget," we must remember their bravery daily.
