A remarkable view of elephants in the wild! 🐘 The Houston Zoo is protecting wild elephants in Asia. In 2020, we provided support for Malaysian elephant conservation staff in Borneo to fit three wild elephants with satellite tracking collars and collect many hours of direct observations of elephant behavior to inform future elephant protection plans.
