Over the years, Louisiana’s Cajun Bayou has certainly seen its fair share of challenges. In fact, some of the first people to settle along the Bayou, the Acadians, were folks that were expelled from their own country and left to regroup and rebuild. We are no strangers to adversity and we know that these are difficult times. However, it is important to remind ourselves that we will get through this.
