Penobscot County deputies say they received a call reporting a man was out of control and recklessly firing a gun.

The event comes after comments about the community in recent weeks from President Trump, calling Somalis "garbage" and saying he doesn't want them in the country.

The states sued the administration this past July over the ending of FEMA's "Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities" (BRIC) program.
