Residents living south of the San Saba River in San Saba County have been ordered to evacuate due to river surging.

Homeland Security Sec. Kristi Noem denied that Texas flood victims could not contact FEMA's call centers in the days following the disaster.

The search for victims in last week's flooding was stopped as more rain and flooding move through Texas and evacuations ordered.
