More Flash Flood Warnings were issued in Kerrville, Texas, on Sunday morning, halting search efforts along the Guadalupe River a little more than a week after catastrophic and deadly flooding across the region.

The organizations working together to help the flood victims said that 'no additional in-kind donations (clothing, food, supplies) are needed in Kerrville.' They said the best way to help is with monetary donations.

Amid heavy rains in central Texas, fresh flood warnings have been issued as rivers in the Concho Valley and Hill County are rising again, just over a week after the area was devastated by July 4 flash floods.

The Guadalupe River drew retirees, vacationers, traveling nurses and veterans to its banks.

Also: San Antonio mourned the victims in a Travis Park vigil; UTSA said one of its teachers died in the Guadalupe River flood; Kerrville officials said a privately owned drone collided with a helicopter conducting search and rescue operations.
