Raleek Brown’s career night keeps Arizona State in Big 12 title hunt with 42-17 win over Colorado
Raleek Brown rushes for 255 yards, the third-most in Arizona State history, leading the turnover-prone Sun Devils to a 42-17 win over Colorado.
The Arizona State defense stood strong - stopping Colorado QB Julian Lewis on a fourth-and-short situation. Unfortunately, the Sun Devil offense stalled once again and was forced to punt - the ensuing Colorado drive gained the Buffaloes a touchdown drive off of a seven-yard run by Dallan Hayden.
Arizona State began the second quarter with two big plays. A 25-yard pass to McClain and a bit of trickery with a 19-yard pass to defensive lineman B Lono-Wong (who was eligible on that play). Sims would miss Jordyn Tyson in back left corner of the endzone. ASU turn over on downs on the Colorado 17-yard line.
