All in One Tool: The Xiaomi Mi Flash Tool is all in one tool and consists of ADB Tool, Mi Tool, and all necessary drivers. It’s just a full package if you want to tweak your phone.

Windows PC with ADB and Flash Boot. Latest MI Flash Tool and extract it to a PC. Install Xiaomi USB Drivers. You’ll also need an OTA update, essentially the Android 13 (MIUI 14) ROM.

After the OS download is complete, you can put the Mi MIX 2 in fastboot mode once again, open the flashing tool and connect the handset.

To install Android 11 Beta 1 on your phone, you must first install the USB Driver on your computer, unlock the phone’s bootloader and flash the ROM with the Mi Flash Tool.
