YouTube TV could black out Fox content on the streaming platform starting Wednesday night unless the sides strike a new carriage deal.

The two companies faced a 2 p.m. deadline to reach a new contract to avoid a blackout of Fox-owned channels. The two sides have been haggling over Fox's programming fee terms.

NEW YORK -- Fox channels could soon be pulled from YouTube TV if the two sides don't ink a new content use deal Wednesday, potentially leaving subscribers of the Google-owned streamer without Week 1 of some college football games and other content.

Viewers have the opportunity to hype up to three videos per week for a favorite creator. This gives the video points, which helps it gain traction on a new, ranked leaderboard.

YouTube inked a deal to launch Herring Networks' One America News (OAN) on YouTube TV in the fourth quarter of 2025. The news comes just hours before YouTube TV's current agreement with Fox Corp. to carry Fox News and other networks is set to expire.

"Creators, we’ve heard your feedback on YouTube’s deblurring and denoising Shorts," Rene Ritchie, YouTube’s creator liaison, wrote on X.
