The 2026 Winter Olympics are officially underway. Even though the Opening Ceremony won't be held until Friday evening in Milan, events began on Wednesday, including round-robin curling and Alpine skiing men's downhill training.

Lindsey Vonn said Tuesday she ruptured the ACL in her left knee in a downhill crash on Jan. 30. However, she said she went skiing earlier Tuesday and her knee feels stable and strong and she plans to compete at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
