President Trump told Kaitlan Collins he's never seen her smile after the CNN anchor asked him about the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Trump went on to say that “nothing came out about me” as he cited email conversations between Epstein and author Michael Wolff. The president has threatened legal action against Wolff, accusing the journalist of conspiring with the disgraced financier to “harm” him.

While President's treatment of Collins might not have bothered anyone in the Oval Office at the time, it seemingly icked podcaster Jon Lovett, who called him out for "savaging" Kaitlan. Lovett also expressed his anger at the "bunch of smiling politicians behind him," mentioning Susan Collins specifically, as he wrote:

“You are the worst reporter,” Trump fired back. “CNN has no ratings because of people like you. You know, she’s a young woman ― I don’t think I’ve ever seen you smile.
