Nokia and Novero said on Tuesday the transfer of Nokia's line fit automotive business in Bochum and Dusseldorf, Germany, and Detroit to Novero has been completed.

The line fit automotive unit has a plant in Bochum, Germany. The deal was expected to close during the first half of the year, Nokia said, but did not disclose the value.
