A motorcyclist was killed in a collision on State Route 40 on Feb. 28, 2026. State Police responded to the crash at about 7:40 p.m. The collision involved a car and a motorcycle. The operator of the motorcycle was declared deceased at the scene.

The Norfolk Police Department is investigating a fatal motorcycle incident at the intersection of Terminal Boulevard and Ruthven Road late Saturday night.
