Michigan State, Michigan players trade shoves during Spartans’ senior day tradition
Michigan State and Michigan basketball players got into a scuffle late in the Spartans’ 79-62 win on Sunday in East Lansing, with the incident stemming from MSU’s senior day tradition of having the outgoing seniors kiss the midcourt logo when they check out of the game.

It started with a shove and ended with a kiss. Michigan State junior Tre Holloman pushed a couple of Michigan Wolverines players who didn’t step away from the Spartans logo when seniors were giving the traditional farewell kiss to the helmet at center court toward the end of Sunday’s game.
