Turn your computer off. Plug the keyboard's USB cable into a USB port on your computer. Alternatively, connect the keyboard to a USB hub if you are using one. Turn the computer on.

If your Keyboard does not work in some programs or games only, then you should uninstall that game or program, restart your computer, download it fresh setup file, and install it and see if it works.

Try to boot the laptop without the battery installed, using only the power cord. If the keyboard only works when the battery is removed, you may need your battery replaced.
