An important warning has been issued for parents who use Fisher-Price's popular Rock 'n Play. The inclined sleeper is being linked to 10 infant deaths over the past four years.

Fisher-Price has reannounced its 2019 recall of the Rock 'n Play Sleepers on Monday after at least eight infant deaths occurred after the initial recall," the CPSC said.

There was no warning over the years that dozens of babies had died in Fisher-Price's Rock 'n Play infant sleeper.

Four years after the Fisher-Price Rock 'n Play was recalled, and despite links to about 100 infant deaths, hundreds of the sleepers are offered for sale each month on Facebook Marketplace.

Mattel Inc. and its Fisher-Price unit have settled lawsuits alleging their recalled Rock ‘n Play baby sleeper was so defectively designed that it led to the deaths of infants.

Rock ‘n Play Sleepers were recalled by Fisher Price in 2019 due to infant deaths, but the product continues to be sold online.
