Federal regulators say the Rock 'n Play, formerly a best-seller for Fisher-Price with about 4.7 million purchased, has been connected to more than 50 infant deaths since it was introduced in 2009.

At least 13 infant deaths have been linked to Fisher-Price Infant-to-Toddler Rockers and Newborn-to-Toddler Rockers, said the company and CPSC.
