Fisher-Price recalls two baby toys sold nationwide after reports of small parts ending up in infants’ mouths. No injuries reported.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Fisher-Price have announced a recall of more than 2 million baby swings following the deaths of five infants over a 10-year span.

At least 13 infants died in the past dozen years while lying in a Fisher-Price rocker.
