Dr Tumi has transformed the gospel industry, releasing fresh music and recently filling the Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg - a first for a gospel artist.

Dr Tumi made records of his own with The Gathering of Worshippers, as the album has officially gone gold since its release last Friday. It was also the second-fastest selling CD this year at Musica.

Church came to the Idols SA stage on Saturday as the top five remaining contestants performed Gospel songs, supported by prominent artists such as Xolly Mncwango and Dr Tumi.
