Two people were arrested after a mixture of ATV and dirt bike riders took over the Bay Bridge early Sunday evening, according to California Highway Patrol Public Information Officer Mark Andrews.

Nine people were arrested and 77 ATVs and dirt bikes seized as part of an investigation into a wild takeover that shut down traffic on the Bay Bridge in California, police said.
