ASRock, has released the latest BIOS that support AMD Ryzen 5000 G-Series Desktop Processors with Radeon Graphics and AMD Ryzen™ 5000 Series Desktop Processors with PRO Technologies.

The motherboard is a ASRock B450M Pro4, and I can't see anything in the manual or online community that says there's a way to force update a BIOS without going into the BIOS. How hosed is this system?
