Former LSU wide receiver Kyren Lacy died at the age of 24. ESPN's Chris Low and Adam Schefter reported an LSU official confirmed Lacy was found dead in Houston on Saturday. Jacques Doucet of WAFB-TV in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, confirmed the 24-year-old's death with a family member.

Former LSU Tigers wide receiver Kyren Lacy tragically died in Houston on Saturday night. He was 24. Lacy's old college teammate, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels, paid tribute to him in a post on social media on Sunday morning.

The 24-year-old was facing legal trouble from a Dec. 17 incident in which he was accused of causing a crash that led to the death of a 78-year-old man. Authorities said Lacy fled the scene and was later charged with negligent homicide, reckless vehicle operation and felony hit-and-run resulting in death.
