Tuomas Iisalo served as interim coach of the Memphis Grizzlies after Taylor Jenkins was fired with nine games left in the regular season.

Tuomas Iisalo, who was appointed interim coach of the Memphis Grizzlies in the waning days of the regular season, was named the team’s coach for next season.

Iisalo is the latest interim coach who got a full-time gig. The Kings removed the interim tag from Doug Christie recently, and the Spur officially named Mitch Johnson as Gregg Popovich's successor on Friday after Johnson served as San Antonio's interim coach for most of the 2024-25 season.
