President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal and media mogul Rupert Murdoch, a day after the newspaper published a story reporting on his ties to wealthy financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Trump sued the Wall Street Journal over its reporting on a letter he labelled as "FAKE" and claimed its story is "false, malicious, and defamatory."

President Trump is vowing to sue the Wall Street Journal and owner Rupert Murdoch over the outlet’s bombshell story detailing a 2003 birthday letter to Jeffrey Epstein bearing Trump’s name and a drawing of a naked woman.
