Perion Network shares were 13% lower, to $8.49, after the company reported fourth-quarter earnings that missed analysts' expectations. The advertising-technology company said it had quarterly earnings of $4.

Perion Network's (NASDAQ:PERI) shares fell ~13% in premarket trading on Wednesday as fourth-quarter revenue declined by 45% to $129.6 million, while the full-year sales forecast also fell short of estimates.

On a per-share basis, the Beachwood, Ohio-based company said it had profit of 11 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 21 cents per share. The maker of residential cabinetry products posted revenue of $667.7 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in March, OneSpaWorld said it expects revenue in the range of $215 million to $220 million. The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $950 million to $970 million.

Wolverine World Wide (WWW) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.42 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.41 per share. This compares to loss of $0.30 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.
