SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - MidAmerican Energy is reporting a power outage in Northwest Iowa. As of Wednesday, 6 A.M., MidAmerican Energy is reporting over 800 customers near Salix and Sloan without power. In Nebraska, Dakota County Emergency Management also reporting outages in the Homer, Nebraska area.
