The studio announced during its presentation at CinemaCon on Wednesday that the live-action feature sequel is set for theatrical release on June 11, 2027. The first live-action How to Train Your Dragon, based on DreamWorks Animation ‘s hit 2010 animated movie of the same name, is coming out June 13.

Just saw the premiere of How To Train Your Dragon and it’s everything a live action remake should be: Funny, emotional, and sentimental —yet epic in scope. I’d highly recommend your first time flying with Toothless be on as big of a screen as possible.
