The late Paul Walker played Brian O’Connor until his death during the filming of the seventh Fast and Furious film. By using CGI, as well as his brothers Cody and Caleb, filmmakers were able to finish Walker’s final scenes. If his character does indeed return, similar processes will probably be needed.

Hollywood star Vin Diesel has confirmed three points in the Fast and Furious finale that will meet fans' expectations.

Vin Diesel said the final Fast & Furious film will hit theaters in April 2027, is set in L.A. and will see the return of Brian O'Conner.
