Epic Games said on Friday that it submitted Fortnite to Apple’s App Store, the month after a judge ruled in favor of the game maker in a contempt ruling.

Apple is asking to pause App Store changes that were enforced last week. Amazon, Patreon, Spotify, and more have already made changes to iPhone and iPad apps.

Almost five years after the game was removed from the App Store, triggering a legal dispute that rocked the mobile gaming world and has been grinding on ever since, Fortnite appears close to a return. Tim Sweeney, CEO of Epic Games, says the popular game could be back on Apple’s platforms as soon as tomorrow.
